Terms of Service — Irida

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Irida you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. The service

Irida provides live, photo, and AI-generated wallpapers. Some content and AI features require credits (an in-app virtual currency) or a premium subscription.

3. Credits, subscriptions & purchases

• Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use paid features. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period, except where required by law.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google's terms.
• We may grant promotional credits, which can expire or change at any time.

4. Your content and AI features

• You are responsible for the text prompts and photos you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is hateful, sexual involving minors, or violates others' privacy.
• You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload for stylization.
• You grant us and our AI partner (fal.ai) a limited license to process your prompts/photos solely to generate your requested result. We do not use your content to train our own models (see the Privacy Policy).
• AI output disclaimer: AI-generated results are provided "as is", may be imperfect or unexpected, and are not guaranteed to be unique or free of resemblance to existing works. You are responsible for how you use generated wallpapers.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass credit limits or security; don't use the app for unlawful purposes or to generate prohibited content (§4).

6. Intellectual property

The app, its engine, bundled wallpapers, and branding are owned by the developer (Kirill) and licensed to you for personal use. Wallpapers you generate or download may be used on your personal devices.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of credits/content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data in the app (Settings → Legal → Delete my data) or by email (see Privacy Policy).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
