Terms of Service — Irida

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Irida you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. The service

Irida provides live and photo wallpapers. Some content requires sparks (an in-app virtual currency) or a premium subscription. The app does not generate images from user prompts.

3. Sparks, subscriptions & purchases

• Sparks (and any credits left from earlier versions) are a limited, non-transferable license to use paid features. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period, except where required by law.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google's terms.
• We may grant promotional sparks, which can expire or change at any time.

4. Content

• The catalog's wallpapers and video loops are selected and published by us; some are created with AI tools by us. They are provided "as is" and are not guaranteed to be unique.
• The "Bring your own photo to life" feature works entirely on your device: your photo is not uploaded. You confirm you have the rights to any photo you use, and you must not use it to violate others' rights or privacy.
• If you find a wallpaper that is offensive or harmful, email [email protected] and we will review and remove it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass purchase limits or security; don't use the app for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its engine, bundled wallpapers, and branding are owned by the developer (Kirill) and licensed to you for personal use. Wallpapers you download or set may be used on your personal devices.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of sparks/content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data in the app (Settings → Legal → Delete my data) or by email (see Privacy Policy).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
